Puqet provides a crypto wallet and spot-trading interface, peer-to-peer transfers between users, live market data, and an automated trading-notification subscription ("Trade Bot"). By creating an account or using any part of Puqet, you agree to these terms.
Puqet does not offer futures, leverage, or margin products. Puqet does not pool user funds into a shared trading strategy, and does not place, manage, or close trades on your behalf under any subscription. Puqet does not guarantee profit, return, or any specific outcome from any feature, including Trade Bot. Nothing on this platform is financial advice.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. Certain actions (including withdrawals) require identity verification (KYC) before they're available. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, and we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Trade Bot is a flat $5/month fee that unlocks access to an automated trading-notification feed — technical-analysis signals, a daily market digest, and volatility alerts, generated from real market data and delivered to your feed and (optionally) your email. Renewing extends your access by 30 days from your current expiry (or from today, if it has already lapsed). This subscription does not execute trades for you and does not guarantee profit — every notification is informational only, and every decision you make based on it is your own.
Fees for any paid feature (currently just Trade Bot) are shown before you pay and charged against your on-platform USDT balance. We don't charge trade commissions on top of a flat subscription fee.
All payments are final. Puqet does not offer refunds or payment reversals for any Trade Bot subscription or renewal, for any reason, including partial-month cancellations or a change of mind. There is no mechanism to reverse a completed payment. Please review this policy before subscribing or renewing.
You agree not to use Puqet for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose; not to attempt to access another user's account or data; and not to abuse, scrape, or attack the platform's infrastructure. We may suspend or close an account that violates this section.
Live prices, technical-analysis signals, and market summaries are generated from third-party market data (currently Binance's public market data). We don't control that data's accuracy or availability, and a temporary outage or delay in the underlying source can affect what you see or receive.
Puqet is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puqet is not liable for trading losses, missed notifications, third-party data outages, or indirect/consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
