Under the Puqet Wallet Affiliate Program and Referral Program, you may receive a unique alphanumeric code (collectively, the "Referral Code"; separately, the "Affiliate Link" for the Affiliate Program and the "Referral Link" for the Referral Program) to share with eligible individuals who may become new users. By participating, you agree that:
- Puqet Wallet may limit how often you can use or share your Referral Code.
- You have no ownership rights over the Referral Code.
- Puqet Wallet may deactivate, invalidate, or terminate your Referral Code at any time, at its sole discretion.
Affiliate Partners and Referrers must be able to edit their links when publishing them on blogs, social media, websites, or other platforms.
2. Restrictions
a. No Spamming
- Do not send unsolicited invites (e.g., mass emails, texts, or automated messages).
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automated dialers to distribute links.
- Comply with all anti-spam laws (local, state, and federal).
b. No Misrepresentations
- Do not mislead users about Puqet Wallet's services or your relationship with the company.
- Do not create fake accounts, websites, or profiles.

c. Prohibited Content
Do not associate Puqet Wallet's brand with:
- Defamatory, offensive, or abusive content.
- Illegal material or content violating third-party rights.

d. No Self-Referrals or Fake Accounts
- Do not create multiple accounts to self-invite.
- Do not use fake profiles or engage in fraudulent actions.
e. No Paid Advertising with Branded Keywords
- Do not bid on "Puqet Wallet", "Puqet", or similar branded terms in ads.
- Do not promote affiliate links via Google Ads, Bing, Baidu, etc.
f. No Cookie-Stuffing or Malware
- Do not use cookie-stuffing, spyware, malware, or viruses.
- Do not artificially generate clicks or visits.
g. No Unapproved Browser Extensions
- Do not create or distribute browser extensions related to Puqet Wallet without written approval.
h. Non-Disparagement
- Do not publicly disparage Puqet Wallet, its services, or its team.
i. No Sensitive Access

j. No Profit or Income Promises

4. Reward Eligibility
What counts:
- A genuine user completes a successful paid renewal.
- The referral is correctly tracked to your link (30-day cookie).
- The account is in good standing under the current program rules.
What does not count:
- A free trial month — no fee is collected, so no reward is created.
- A signup alone, with no paid renewal behind it.
- Self-referrals, duplicate identities, or spam traffic.
Rewards remain subject to review for fraud at any time.
5. Payments and Refunds
Subscription access runs in 30-day periods. A user cancels simply by not renewing — access ends when the current period is up.
All payments are final. There are no refunds for a period that has already been paid for.
6. Information & Reporting
Puqet Wallet will provide data on referral conversions but may occasionally pause reporting due to maintenance or policy changes.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a reward payment, notify Puqet Wallet within 30 days. Failure to do so means you accept the payment as final.
8. Changes to Terms
Puqet Wallet may update these terms, rewards, or program conditions at any time. Continued participation means acceptance of changes.
