DogeOS is an EVM-compatible application layer built on Dogecoin by the MyDoge wallet team, with its public Chikyū testnet live since 30 September 2026. The Grand Heist, opened 8 October 2026, is its free quest and loyalty campaign where users complete weekly chapters of missions across testnet apps to earn XP, medals, items and tickets. No DogeOS token has been announced.
Update the MyDoge wallet to V3 on iOS or Android, open The Grand Heist and pick your crew, then complete the first questline — everything after it unlocks once that is finished. The campaign is also reachable through the DogeOS loyalty dashboard at heist.dogeos.com, where you connect an EVM wallet and start earning points from social, referral and crew activity.
Quests are grouped into chapters, each running roughly a week, with a new chapter landing weekly carrying fresh missions from DogeOS and from partner teams building on it. Chapter 1 opened on 8 October 2026. Completing quests accumulates XP, medals, collectible items and tickets, and a public leaderboard tracks crew progress; points update on rolling timers of roughly 5 to 12 hours depending on the task.
Most activity runs on the Chikyū testnet, so you can request test DOGE from the faucet (documented at 42.069 DOGE/day), bridge, and try the 25+ ecosystem apps across DeFi, games and consumer categories without putting real DOGE at risk. Additional early-access routes exist via the DogeOS Galxe quest (Grand Heist signup, X follow, Discord role checks, reposts and referral missions) and the CCTV code/email flow.
Eligibility is open to anyone who can run MyDoge V3; DogeOS prohibits multiple-account farming and other manipulation of campaign results. No end date or snapshot date has been published, and the project's Quest Program Terms state that completing quests does not guarantee rewards. Builders start separately at sdk.dogeos.com.
Facts only — Puqet doesn't rate airdrops as good or bad. Use this to form your own judgment, and always double-check against the project's own official docs.
DogeOS is an EVM application layer / ZK rollup settling to Dogecoin that lets developers deploy smart contracts with DOGE as the gas token, supporting trading, lending, stablecoins, launchpads, games and consumer apps. The Dogecoin Core change that would let the base chain verify its proofs directly is still awaiting implementation, so the rollup currently secures itself off-chain via a permissioned sequencer, a validator set and a trusted execution environment.
Raised $6.9 million in a seed round led by Polychain Capital, announced May 2025, earmarked for launching the platform, expanding developer tools and partnerships.
Built by the team behind the MyDoge Dogecoin wallet. CEO Jordan Jefferson is publicly named and has described the current sequencer/validator setup to The Block; Dogecoin Foundation figure Timothy Stebbing has publicly backed the project.
DogeOS reported more than 100,000 quests completed by 12 October 2026, days after launch. Its official X account warns against fake token announcements, and third-party guides note that any site selling a 'DogeOS token', presale allocation, or asking you to bridge real DOGE to a 'DogeOS mainnet' is fraudulent — there is no mainnet and no token. Official domains are dogeos.com, docs.dogeos.com, blog.dogeos.com, heist.dogeos.com, sdk.dogeos.com, portal.testnet.dogeos.com and faucet.testnet.dogeos.com. Several ranking articles misstate basic facts about the project, so verify against official sources.
